About the Journal

Lentera Ilmu: Jurnal Kependidikan, Riset, dan Teoritis is a scholarly journal that applies a rigorous academic process through a double-blind peer-review process system and is published by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Padang Lawas Gunung Tua, North Sumatra, Indonesia. This journal aims to disseminate research findings and literature-based studies conducted by researchers, academics, practitioners, and the scholarly community in the fields of Education, Islamic Education, and Islamic Studies. Articles in this journal are published twice a year, in June and December.

The scope of studies (focus and scope) of submitted manuscripts includes Educational Management, Philosophy of Education, Curriculum Studies, Learning Media and Methods, Islamic Education Learning, as well as other studies related to the teaching and learning process or Islamic sciences, in accordance with the content and components of the published journal manuscripts and the Lentera Ilmu journal template provided and available for download.

Lentera Ilmu: Jurnal Kependidikan, Riset, dan Teoritis provides open access to all users, allowing the information and findings contained in the published articles to be freely utilized by all parties. The journal’s article content can be accessed and downloaded free of charge under the applicable Creative Commons license. However, if data or information from these articles are used as references in written works or other forms, proper citation and acknowledgment of the article authors are mandatory.
